90-day money-back guarantee — unopened bottles

If you ordered a Pepperton product and have not opened the bottle, you may request a full refund within 90 days of delivery. The bottle must be returned in its original condition with the tamper seal intact. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned product to the original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect on arrival.

Opened bottles — no refunds (hygiene policy)

For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on opened bottles. Once the tamper seal is broken, the product cannot be resold, restocked, or verified for purity. This policy applies regardless of remaining quantity, time since purchase, or perceived dissatisfaction with the product's effect. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept this hygiene-based no-refund policy on opened items.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your shipment arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or the product is defective on arrival (broken bottle, leaking dropper, etc.), contact support@pepperton.com within 14 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. We will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Subscription orders

Subscriptions can be skipped, paused, or cancelled at any time through your customer account portal — no phone calls or emails required. Cancellations made before a subscription order has shipped will not be charged. Once a subscription order has shipped, it is treated as a completed order and the standard refund rules above apply (unopened only).

How to request a refund

Email support@pepperton.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions if you qualify.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution, we reserve the right to refuse future orders and may pursue collection of the disputed amount. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours when raised directly with our support team.

No refunds for change of taste or expectation

Pepperton products are dietary supplements, not pharmaceuticals. Individual results vary. Dissatisfaction with taste, perceived effect, or speed of results does not qualify for a refund on opened product.
