Free shipping

We offer free shipping on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. There is no minimum order value.

Carriers and tracking

Orders ship via the local carrier in your country: UPS (United States), Canada Post (Canada), Royal Mail (United Kingdom), Australia Post (Australia), and NZ Post (New Zealand). Every order receives a tracking number by email once it ships.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends, or on US public holidays ship the next business day.

Estimated delivery

  • United States — 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Canada — 4 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom — 5 to 8 business days
  • Australia — 7 to 10 business days
  • New Zealand — 7 to 10 business days

Estimates are based on carrier averages and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays outside our control may extend transit times.

Customs and duties (international orders)

Most orders to Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand are delivered DDP (delivered-duty-paid), meaning we cover any applicable import duties and taxes. In rare cases the carrier may collect a customs handling fee on delivery — please contact support@pepperton.com if this happens and we'll resolve it.

Wrong address or undeliverable packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed pickup, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply if the original error was customer-supplied.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days after dispatch, contact support@pepperton.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and reship if needed.

Markets we serve

We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Orders from other countries cannot be processed.
