These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pepperton, operated by Cobus & Co. LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

1. Eligibility

Pepperton sells dietary supplements. 7. Pricing and orders

All prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for pricing errors, fraud detection, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will refund the full amount.

8. Subscriptions

Subscription orders auto-renew at the cycle and price you selected at checkout until you cancel. You can skip, pause, or cancel any time via your account portal — no fee, no phone call required. Auto-renewal is a binding agreement until cancelled.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, formulations, branding — is the property of Cobus & Co. LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. User content and reviews

14. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cobus & Co. LLC regarding your use of our website and products.
