How subscriptions work

Pepperton subscriptions ship at the cycle you choose at checkout — every 30, 60, or 90 days — at the subscription price (20% off retail). You authorize us to charge your saved payment method on file at each cycle.

Skip, pause, cancel — anytime

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your customer account, with no fees and no need to email or call. Changes made before a renewal date take effect on that renewal.

Renewal notification

You will receive an email reminder 5 days before each subscription renewal so you have time to skip, change quantity, or cancel before being charged.

Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, with the option to cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry 2-3 times over 5 days and notify you by email. If we cannot collect payment, the subscription will be paused automatically until you update your payment method.

Refunds on subscription orders

Standard refund rules apply: unopened bottles can be returned within 90 days for a full refund. Opened bottles cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for details.
